1. Who we are
MyTri Wellness provides counselling, student development, healing and meditation services from our centres in Kukatpally, Hyderabad and Maharanipeta, Visakhapatnam, and online. Our psychologists and counsellors follow the ethical and professional guidelines of the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI), including those on confidentiality, consent and record keeping.
This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and how we protect it, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
2. What we collect
When you contact us: your name, phone number, preferred centre, the kind of help you are looking for, and the best time to call.
When you become a client: the information you share in sessions, assessment results and session notes, recorded by your counsellor as RCI guidelines require.
When you use the website: basic technical information such as device and browser type. With your permission, we also collect anonymous analytics about which pages are visited.
3. How we use it
To reply to your enquiry and arrange sessions, to provide and plan your care, to send appointment reminders, and to keep the records our professional guidelines require. We do not use your information for advertising, and we never sell it.
4. Self-check answers
Your self-check answers are worked out on your device and are not sent to us, or to any analytics or advertising service, unless you choose to share your result.
5. Who we share it with
What you share in counselling stays between you and your counsellor. In line with RCI guidelines, we share information only with your written consent, or where the law requires it, or where there is a serious risk to your safety or someone else's. We would always try to discuss this with you first.
We use a small number of trusted service providers, such as secure hosting, to run our systems. They may only use your information to provide that service to us.
6. How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't lead to sessions are deleted once they are no longer needed. Client records are stored securely and kept only for as long as RCI guidelines and the law require, then securely deleted.
7. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw a consent you have given, by contacting us. Some client records may need to be kept for the period our professional guidelines require. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can contact us, and you can also raise a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India.
